Don't Delay! Process your student loans with your confirmed enrolment today
National Student Loans Service Centre (NSLSC) kiosks are available on certain college and university campuses. The kiosks help to quickly process student loans with your already completed confirmation of enrolment.

What to bring to the kiosk
- Certificate of Eligibility: If you're getting a new student loan this year this is the form you will need.
Note: BC students will get a Master Student Financial Assistance Agreement (MSFAA) instead.
OR
Confirmation of Enrolment: If you aren't getting a new student loan but you are a full-time student, or part-time student with an existing loan, please bring the Confirmation of Enrolment form that has already been completed by your school.
AND
2 pieces of government-issued identification: : A photo ID and a document that includes your name and Social Insurance Number.
If you can't get to a kiosk…
- If you have a Certificate of Eligibility:
- bring it to a designated Canada Post outlet near you and don't forget to bring the necessary identification, or
- mail it directly to the NSLSC and include a legible copy of each required form of identification.
- If you have a Confirmation of Enrolment:
- mail it directly to the NSLSC along with legible copies of the necessary identification.
